How it works

Please allow up to 48 hours for an email response.

All orders should be placed at least 14 days in advance. Rush orders are subject to an additional fee.

PLEASE NOTE ANY ALLERGIES IN ORDER FORM. Unfortunately, accomodations for nut allergies cannot be made.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Failure to send payment may result in order cancellation.

Orders must be paid in full within 1 week of fulfillmemt date. Thereafter, a late fee of 10% of the order total is accrued daily.  Orders over $200 require a deposit of half the total at time of order confirmation, and the remaining half is due one week before fulfillment.  Any order not paid in full in the allotted time frame will be cancelled and notification will be sent via email.

Any modifications to an existing order are subject to an additional fee. Modifications cannot be made within 7 days of fulfillment date.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Pick-Up

All orders are fulfilled via pickup unless delivery is requested. Orders will be picked up at a neutral location in the 21702 area code that will be arranged when the order is placed. Any orders picked up outside of this area will incur a delivery fee. 

Delivery

All orders requiring delivery are subject to an additional base rate fee of $10 per hour and $1 per mile for the total trip (both ways). Should there be traffic while delivering, it will add time to the hourly rate. Please allow a one-hour delivery window that will be set at least one day prior to delivery of your order. Delivery is available between 9 am - 1 pm Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery requests outside of this window are subject to availability and will incur additional charges.
